General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the gempak88 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable regulations. Users are also prohibited from:

- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party;

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the gempak88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or e-wallets is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits are processed once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. gempak88 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet providers. Withdrawal

- Breach of any provision under these terms and conditions;
- Fraud or attempted fraud, including the use of false payment information;
- Evidence or suspicion that an account is being used by an individual under 18 years of age;
- Suspected involvement in money laundering or unauthorised transactions;
- Account sharing between multiple individuals or transfer of an account to another party;
- Any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure for valid reasons, any unused deposit balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user subject to verification. gempak88 is not obligated to disclose the specific grounds for any account suspension or closure.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support through the available channels after logging in.
